Accounting Assistant (Camarillo, CA)

Job Description:

Providea is looking for a full-time, detail oriented individual experienced in general accounting to join their Accounting Department. In this position you will work with all aspects of the organization from technical support to sales and the executive management team.

Providea's Accounting Assistant should have experience in invoicing, accounts payable processing, data entry and other analysis. The ideal candidate would have 2-4 years experience in understanding the entire customer invoicing process; excellent Excel skills; have a working knowledge of MAS 200 accounting system, be able to produce accurate analyses in a presentable format and a high degree for attention to details.

Must be able to excel in a fast-past work environment with the ability to multi-task and balance the changing needs of the business. Must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills & work well in a team environment.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Accounts Payable Processing
  • Customer Network Invoicing
  • Maintain Customer Information in Accounting System
  • Assist the customer with invoicing issues as they arise
  • Additional accounting responsibilities will be added based on abilities

Requirements:

  • Highly proficient in MAS 200 and EXCEL
  • Telecommunications background experience
  • College degree or equivalent work experience required
  • Candidate should be very energetic and detailed oriented with great follow up skills
  • Excellent telephone and other external communication skills
  • Highly efficient, organized, and very good at personal time management
  • Must be able to demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills

Order Processing – Analyst, Order Processing & Accounting (Camarillo, CA)

Job Description:

Providea is looking for a detail oriented, customer focused individual to join their Order Processing department as an Order Analyst. In this position you will work with all aspects of the organization from technical support to sales and the executive management team.

Providea's Order Analyst should possess strong Customer Service skills and want to constantly strive to meet the needs/expectations of the customer, both internal and external. Must be able to excel in a fast-past work environment with the ability to multi-task and balance the changing needs of the business. Must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills & work well in a team environment.    Knowledge in Videoconferencing and prior experience in a small businesslike setting is a plus but not required.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Processes customer orders by reviewing data for deficiencies; resolving discrepancies by using standard procedures or returning incomplete documents to the sales representative for resolution.
  • Maintain Customer/Vendor information in Accounting System.
  • Input new vendor part numbers, descriptions, pricing in accounting database and update various vendor information when necessary.
  • Run ad-hoc and vendor POS reporting.
  • Process Demo orders and return authorizations.
  • Assist the customer with invoicing issues as they arise.

Job Description:

Providea Technical Project Manager’s should possess strong Customer Service, Technical, and Project Management skills. Knowledge in Videoconferencing, IP/ISDN Networks, Network Design, Gateways, Gatekeepers, and Firewalls is a plus.Must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills & work well in a team environment. Provide high level of customer service to all manufacturers, vendors, and customers (internal and external).

  • Implementation Kickoff Calls - Sales and Customers
  • Network Ordering - ISDN, T1, SDSL
  • Network Registration
  • Equipment Tracking - Shipment tracking and customer notification
  • Installation Coordination - Scheduling Installation (Remote / On-Site)
  • Installation Certification - Equipment Certification and Testing
  • Training Coordination - Scheduling End-User Training
  • Project Wrap-Up - Calls and Emails
  • Vendor Management - Work directly with Vendors on various technical issues
  • Technical Support - Frontline Phone and Email Support / Troubleshooting
  • RMA Coordination - Working with Manufactures to issue replacement parts
  • RMA Testing - Testing Customer Returned Equipment
  • Case Entry - Log case work in centralized Customer Service Database
  • Sales Support - Network Qualifications, Demos, General Support
  • Minimal On-Site and Remote End-User Training
