We provide IP network solutions through top tier network providers including AT&T, Level 3, Global Crossing, Covad and Masergy Communications. We provide ISDN network solutions exclusively through the AT&T.

Providea Direct™ IP is a quality of service network delivered over AT&T's MPLS backbone. This network is ideal for domestic and/or international deployments and can be configured as either an overlay network of a fully converged network for your voice, video and data applications.
Providea Direct™ IP-2 ("IP-2") is a hybrid IP network solution that was developed specifically to meet the requirements for real-time video communications. The architecture of IP-2 avoids many of the problems inherent with the public Internet, and delivers a high-quality, cost-effective network that is ideal for companies that want to maximize their return on their video communications investment. IP-2 is ideal for companies that are looking for a video overlay network solution and may also wish to communicate with other companies.
Providea Direct™ ISDN PRI - is a local loop access that is delivered through AT&T. This network is ideal for video endpoints, bridges (MCU's), and/or gateways. ISDN toll charges are priced separately.
Masergy Communications - is a leading provider of QoS-based, customer-controlled network services specializing in real-time application performance across converged enterprise networks. Masergy has excelled in designing and implementing networks that are tailored for real-time voice & video applications.
Switched Digital Services (ISDN) - we utilize the AT&T Global Communications Network to provide ISDN long distance for your domestic and international calls. You will lower your cost of ownership by having a single point of contact for your network issues. We also will take ownership of working with your local carrier to resolve any access issues.
ClearTrac™ Billing
All of our network services are billed through our proprietary ClearTrac™ billing system. This will allow you to easily manage and cost allocate all of your video related expenses, including: IP network, ISDN toll charges, Managed Services, and your audio, video & web conferencing expenses.
ClearTrac™ is Providea's proprietary billing platform that summarizes all of your video related expenses into a single invoice. ClearTrac™ allows you to allocate internal costs, charge back expenses to departments (or clients), and conduct return on investment calculations that will only ensure you receive the greatest return on your investment in video.
