Through our Professional Services team we offer three levels of network consultation services: Basic, Professional, and Extended. All pricing listed below is estimated. We will meet with you to determine the size and scope of each service and prices may increase or decrease based on your specific needs.

Basic Service
This service is designed to help you understand the specific requirements and design considerations to evaluating your network and its suitability for real-time video. These services are provided remotely either over audio or video. We will help you develop short and long term goals, and provide a general assessment of your network's capabilities for real-time video.

Professional
This service provides a specific evaluation of the capabilities of your network and its suitability for running real-time video. We will take a complete inventory of all your existing network and equipment infrastructure, evaluate your LAN/WAN connectivity, and analyze your current configurations. We will make specific recommendations based on information gathered and estimated network utilization.

Extended
Includes all services from Basic & Professional and also includes on-site installation and de-installation of Packeteer™ devices for data collection and network performance. We will make specific recommendations based on measured network activity.

Endpoint Management - we will provide the day to day management of your video endpoints (CODEC's) by ensuring: they are properly configured; your software is routinely updated in accordance with our Best Practices; your address books are updated; and that your equipment is working properly prior to your scheduled meetings. We can schedule and monitor all of your video calls (including point-to-point and multipoint); and also provide ad hoc support for those last minute video meetings.

Infrastructure Management - we will manage your Multipoint Control Units (MCU's), gateways, gatekeepers, and manufacturer management and control applications. We have implemented our Best Practices for each infrastructure application ensuring that you will lean from hundreds of real-world deployments.

With MCU's, we will schedule, launch and monitor all of your multipoint meetings with the same personnel, skill, and procedures that we employ in our own Conferencing Services. We can also act as second tier support to run conferences that are after hours or while your personnel are unavailable.

Hosting - we can host your infrastructure equipment within our rack space at one of two co-location centers: AT&T Internet Data Center in Hawthorne, CA or IP-V Gateways in Toronto Canada. By locating in either center, you'll be protected by intrusion by multi-layered security plus you will have network, power and equipment redundancy that ensures that absolute maximum amount of uptime for your critical applications.

The primary benefits of co-location are improved network quality (no last mile latency), improved redundancy (no network single points of failure), and cost savings (no local loop charges). Additionally, each center has state of the art security, monitoring systems, and environmental controls - all difficult to replicate within your own facilities.
