Tom C. Bailey
Vice Chairman
Tom has over 20 years of business management experience with the majority centered in video communications. He founded Providea in 1999 with the concept of building a company that would be involved in every aspect of a customer's video communications initiative. His vision became reality as the company grew to a customer-centric, multi-million dollar, highly profitable business. Tom's education includes a B.A. in mathematics and computer science from California Lutheran University.

Todd Luttinger
President and CEO
Todd brings to Providea Conferencing over 30 years of sales and management experience in the telecom, video conferencing and software fields. Before co-founding our company, he held senior sales management roles at VTEL, Visto, Network Engines, USTeleCenters, Contel Executone and ROLM. In the early 1990s, he launched one of the first reseller organizations for PictureTel (now Polycom) at USTeleCenters. Todd holds an economics degree from Bentley University.

Todd Steiner
Chief Financial Officer
Todd joined Providea in January 2007 as our Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Providea, Todd was the Vice President of Finance for InterMetro Communications, Inc. where his responsibilities also involved capital raising, administrative areas and maintaining key vendor relationships. Previous positions include Vice President of Finance at CNM Network, Inc., Senior Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP and Senior Manager within the Mergers and Acquisitions Group and Accounting and Auditing Practices at Ernst & Young LLP. Todd holds a Bachelor of Science degree from California State University Northridge (CSUN) and is a Certified Public Accountant.

William Benoit
Executive Vice President/Sales – East
Bill's successful sales career in the high-tech industry spans over 25 years. He specializes in video conferencing and custom audiovisual room integration along with IP, ISDN and ATM networking solutions. Prior to co-founding Providea Conferencing, he held senior sales positions at Viewtech, USTeleCenters, Chancellor Corporation and NYNEX Systems Marketing. Bill holds a business administration degree from the University of Massachusetts at Dartmouth.

Jill Price
Executive Vice President/Sales – West
Jill joined Providea in 1999 and has been key in the development of new sales and accounts by exceeding sales goals and cultivating key customers in strategic industries, including financial services, legal, pharmaceutical and technology. Under her leadership revenue has grown exponentially. Prior to joining Providea, Jill worked at View Tech in various sales, sales support and customer service capacities. Ms. Price has a BA degree from California University at Stanislaus.

John Price
Executive Vice President
John has been with Providea since 1999 and has over 15 years of network and video conferencing business solutions experience. He is responsible for Providea's Professional Services business line and is a resource for the sales team. Prior to joining Providea he was Director of Network Services at View Tech and an Account Executive in AT&T's Business Markets Division. John designed and produced Providea's proprietary billing software, ClearTracTM, a significant component to Providea's service offering. John holds a BA in business economics from University of California Santa Barbara.

Steve Cogliano
Executive Vice President/Operations
Steve has over 25 years of technical sales and engineering experience in video conferencing, telecom, voice and IP networks. A one-time "Sales Engineer of the Year" at VTEL, Steve helped create many of that company's customer support programs and procedures. At Bell Atlantic, he implemented several pioneering video conferencing projects. Prior to co-founding Providea Conferencing, he directed sales engineering efforts in the Eastern U.S. and Canada for Convergent Networks.
