Basic Service
Our Basic service provides a general assessment of your network and its capability for running real-time video. We also help you understand the specific requirements for running video on a network and work with you to develop short- and long-term goals. We offer this service remotely either over audio or video.

Professional
Our Professional service evaluates your IP network and examines its suitability for running real-time HD video. We take a complete inventory of your network and equipment, evaluate your LAN/WAN connectivity and analyze the configuration of your IP infrastructure. We then make specific recommendations based on the information we've gathered and the type of video conferencing service you want and need.

Extended
Our Extended service includes the Basic & Professional provisions and includes on-site installation and de-installation of Packeteer devices for data collection and network performance. We then make specific recommendations based on measured network activity.
