In addition to our extended warranty program, Providea customers may take advantage of the following support services.

Training
Every installation includes comprehensive training on the usage of our video conferencing, audiovisual and/or networked solutions. Ongoing training classes — both live and remote — are available at an extra charge. Training costs depend on:

  • Type of equipment
  • Whether the session is remote or onsite
  • Number of participants
Return to Factory
We will help the customer and manufacturer coordinate the return or replacement of equipment that is covered under warranty.

Time and Material Service
We will respond to onsite service requests; under the terms of the service agreement, we prioritize these calls within the service schedule queue. Four-hour minimum requirement for T&M customers. Service Agreement customers receive a 10 percent discount on our hourly rate.
