Support
Warranty Program

As part of Providea's commitment to the finest in service and support, we're pleased to offer customers an extended warranty program. We will repair or replace components covered under this agreement within normal usage parameters as specified by each manufacturer.

Technical Support
Unlimited telephone technical assistance, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. ET (5 a.m. to 5 p.m. PT)

Telephone Response
Two-hour telephone response time, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. ET (5 a.m. to 5 p.m. PT)

Onsite Service
Providea will respond to onsite service requests and under the terms of this service agreement prioritize these calls within the service schedule queue. There is a 4-hour minimum requirement. Service Agreement customers receive a 10 percent discount on the Providea hourly rate for any service that falls outside the scope of their maintenance agreement.

Firmware/Software Updates
We will provide any firmware or software revisions that are available through the equipment manufacturer and that we approve during the term of the agreement.

System Test
Customers receive unlimited access to our Video Test Center, which enables testing of equipment at any time and as often as desired.
